Protecting our workers from any forms of labour exploitation is our priority. All our consultants are fully trained on spotting any signs of potential Modern Slavery risks and reporting them to relevant authorities.
Mploy are regularly audited by many organisations, including HMRC, GLAA, client partners, and these look into Right to Work Checking, that wages payments are made to required minimums at least, and all necessary deductions are made in a legal and ethical fashion.
To date Mploy have passed these audits with no non-compliances.
Multiple office locations across the South
Mploy are the only independently owned agency in our service area with multiple office locations. Our branches in Poole, Christchurch, Dorchester, Totton, Yeovil, Salisbury and Andover give us a local presence with the reach of a national agency, and they allow us to meet all prospective candidates face-to-face as part of our screening process, as well as being able to maintain a regular visible presence on site with our clients. We are also looking to expand further with additional offices in different geographical areas.
Assistance with onboarding new starters, inductions etc.
Mploy book in a lot of our new starters, so are able to help with the onboarding of new starters and run inductions to save you time and trouble.
Weekly Surgeries & Regular Performance Review Meetings
If required, Mploy are able to attend work sites on a weekly basis to deal with temp queries relating to pay and holidays etc., we can also update with hiring managers to discuss staff performance and ongoing requirements.
We would also encourage quarterly performance review meetings to monitor performance and deal with niggling issues before they escalate.
