Mark Nash

FIRP Cert RP Finance director & Co-Founder

One of Mploy’s founding members, Mark has over 20 years of experience in the recruitment industry. As well as leading the business by example, he is responsible for delivering the financial performance of Mploy and is a fellow of the Institute of Recruitment Professionals.

Mark enjoys skiing, sky diving and running marathons to raise money for charity (he’s already completed 13!).

Matt Swift

Co-Founder and Board Director

After leaving college, Matt spent 3 years in property management. He left to pursue a career in recruitment and now has 20 years within the industry. Starting in 1999 at Excel Resourcing as an account manager before setting up Mploy with his fellow co-founders in 2001.

Matt’s main focus at the moment is growing Mploy as a company alongside supporting team members in 7 office locations across the South West region. Matt likes to work closely with his team of dedicated recruiting professionals to ensure they deliver on their promises to our clients whilst making sure the vision for the company is delivered across our branch network.

Matt has recently welcomed the birth of his beautiful baby boy, Beaumont.

Daniel Keogh

Co-Founder and Board Director

Dan has 21 years’ experience in the local recruitment industry and is a board director of Mploy. He works mostly within the industrial sector and came from a sales background within the motor, service industries. Dan looks after several of Mploy’s larger clients including Sunseeker, with the day to day running of the accounts and liaising with the HR department to ensure the customer is happy and the account is running smoothly. Dan has twins at home that keep him busy and has a love for cars and motorsport.

Kat Mieszkowska LL.M MBA

Chief Operating Officer

Kat is a strategic business manager with experience in providing recruitment and HR related solutions. She has an in-depth understanding of recruitment processes, industry standards and the recruitment market with over 14 years within the industry and with Mploy.

Kat specialises in commercial business relationships, compliance and legal regulations, tackling modern slavery in supply chains, immigration, leadership and management. When she’s not running around Head Office she can be found skiing, painting or running.

Zsanett Onodi

Branch Manager

Zsanett joined the Poole team as a Recruitment Consultant in 2017 and progressed to Account Managing in just 9 months, looking after one of the biggest clients of the branch and providing a large number of temporary workers each week.

She worked her way up and in January 2022 she became the Branch Manager of the Poole office. She is responsible for the smooth operations of the Poole branch whilst managing a team of successful consultants, focusing on growing the office and ensuring high quality of service to both clients and candidates.

With over 6 years of recruitment experience and her passion for it, she always gives her best to everything she does, which helps her build and maintain relationships, and ensures a high level of customer service.

When she isn’t working, she still likes to keep busy and enjoys travelling within and outside the UK, meeting family and friends, trying (and cooking) new food or just walking at the beach.

Greg Szczepaniak

Account Director

Greg moved to Canada at the age of 4 and his first job while still in High School was working at an automotive garage selling car parts, gaining valuable customer service experience. Greg started his Recruitment career with Mploy when he relocated to the UK in 2007 and has worked for the company for 12 years now.

Having started as a trainee consultant, Greg has moved up to become an Account/Divisional Director in the Poole office. Greg manages key accounts for Mploy specialising mainly in trade skills recruitment. Greg enjoys spending time with his 2 small children and keeping an active lifestyle going straight to the gym after work.

Paula Tuia

Recruitment Resourcer

Paula joined the Poole branch in March 2019, as a Recruitment Resourcer.

Before this, she worked in a nursery as a baby unit supervisor for 3 years. Changing career was a big challenge for her but she really enjoys her new job.

When Paula is not working, she likes travelling, meeting up with friends and going back home to spend time with her family as often as she can.

 

Thyago Martins

Recruitment Resourcer

Thyago has joined our Poole office in April 2022 as a Recruitment Resourcer. Thyago focuses on building relationships and finding suitable work for the local candidates.

He’s a Brazilian guy, who surprisingly doesn’t like football as much as you’d expect, although he would never decline an invitation to join friends to support their team along with them just for the fun. He’s a friendly person who enjoys traveling, exploring new cultures, meeting new people and have good laughs.

He likes reading, he’s into spirituality and he also love water sports, hiking and some adrenaline every now and then.

Mykola Boiko

Recruitment Consultant

Mykola has joined our team in Poole in April 2022 as a Recruitment Resourcer. His role is to provide recruitment services to candidates and to find them suitable roles locally.

Mykola is an ex-seaman, after finishing his service, he stayed in the marine business for 22 years and developed a career within the industry, he worked his way up and became a Deputy Director of one of biggest stevedoring companies in Ukraine.

He came to England for a new beginning, new life, new team and new friends.

Outside of work, he enjoys fishing, traveling and reading books.

Hannah Howard

Payroll Director

Hannah is part of the accounts team, where she is responsible for running a busy payroll.  Currently paying over a 1000 temporaries per week and invoicing over 200 clients. Working to strict deadlines and aiming to get 100% accuracy, it is vital to have a good working relationship with all members of staff within Mploy.

Hannah joined Mploy in 2010 as an administrator and has progressed into joining the busy payroll team. She enjoys working in a high pressured environment and having daily contact with all offices and staff.

Charlene Ponzio

Payroll Administrator

A valued member of the team, Charlene joined the Payroll department in September 2017 and has over 20 years’ experience within accounts and customer services.

Charlene enjoys working with a great team under strict deadlines and has a good eye for detail to maintain a high standard of accuracy.

Patrycja Wisniewska

Payroll Administrator

Patrycja joined Mploy in July 2015 as a branch administrator in the Christchurch office and after her maternity leave she came back to join the accounts team as an accounts administrator. She considers herself to have excellent organisational skills and a really good understanding of how a team works well together. Patrycja loves to spend her free time with her husband and daughter.

Rita Kovacs

Accounts Administrator

Rita arrived in the UK in 2002. Since then, she worked in catering (loved every minute of it) and for local manufacturing and distribution businesses providing them with an administrative support.

Rita joined Mploy’s accounts office in February 2021 and has fitted in perfectly with the team straight away.

She is s motivated person who enjoys a challenge and is keen to progress.

Rita loves to spend her free time with her gorgeous daughter and her family,  taking long walks and going on holidays.

Winter sports is a must for her, but she loves the sunshine equally.

Jon Raine

Branch Director

Jon is the Branch Director of Mploy Christchurch and has been with the company since May 2004. Jon has full responsibility for managing the day-to-day operations of the branch, setting monthly/annual targets and is still actively working as a consultant.

Jon has worked in the recruitment industry for over 20 years working in the care, hospitality and industrial sectors doing both temp and perm placements. Jon prides himself on always delivering on promises and providing the highest levels of customer service.

Dawid Oziero

Resourcer / Account Manager

Dawid works in the Christchurch office as a Resourcer/Account Manager, he is an energetic character with a strong ‘CAN DO’ attitude. His biggest passion is football, and he holds a professional UEFA A Football License. Dawid describes himself as a positive man with a positive energy to work; he is always on time and always on standby to take your call for recruitment and job searching requirements.

Gintare Miskova

Recruitment Resourcer

Gintare has joined our Christchurch office in May 2022 as a Recruitment Resourcer. Before this time, she worked in retail for 5 years; the change of career has been a steep learning curve for her so far, but she is really enjoying her new job.

Gintare speaks fluent English, Lithuanian (native language) and basic Russian, she likes to keep positive and smiley no matter what.

In her spare time, Gintare likes being outdoors, and she loves paddleboarding, surfing and fitness activities. Also, Gintare is a talented baker, and she makes delicious pies and cakes. When the winter season comes, she loves reading books and cross stitching.

Kinga Zolobowicz

Recruitment Resourcer

Kinga joined the Christchurch branch in May 2022 as a Recruitment Resourcer.

Kinga has 3 years of recruitment experience working for an agency as an onsite Shift Supervisor and was responsible for taking care of large volumes of staff across multiple sites; her responsibilities included onboarding and training of all temporary staff supplied to the site by the agency.

Kinga has brought a fresh and positive energy into the office since her first day, she really enjoys her new role so far.

Kinga is very friendly and supportive and loves to build relationships with people.

When Kinga is not working, she likes outdoor activities and keeping herself busy, most of the free time she is travelling, visiting new places and spending time with her friends and family as much as she can. On the long evenings she loves reading.

Kinga speaks Polish and English fluently.

Cristina Pirvu

Recruitment Resourcer

Cristina joined our Bournemouth Office in April 2022 as our Branch Administrator/Resourcer after working as a temporary worker for us over a year. She deals with all payroll aspects, resourcing candidates and ensuring all administration duties are completed within the office. You will find Cristina on the front desk with a beaming smile, she also speaks Romanian and is keen to help candidates find both temporary or permanent roles.

Outside of work, she loves spending time with her family and her dog Alby who is only 2 years old.

Magda Szmigielska

Branch Manager

Magda joined the Dorchester team as an Branch Administrator in 2016 and has progressed to Account Managing, looking after most valuable production-based clients and providing large numbers of temporary candidates at short notice across a variety of organisations.

In January 2022 Magda has been promoted into the role of Branch Manager and is now responsible for managing a team of successful consultants and looking after the growth of the office and a quality of service provided.

Having almost 6 years of recruitment experience and a Diploma in Human Resource Management she can assure a professional customer service and candidate delivery in both industrial and commercial sectors.

In her spare time Magda likes to get of some steam on Boxercise training and boogie behind a DJ console creating musical mixes.

Paul Dagley

Industrial Director

Paul has 22 years’ experience within the Recruitment Industry, specialising in both temporary and Permanent placements for Industrial, Technical and Driving sectors. He can regularly be found at his local gym and is the fittest Grandad we have ever seen.

Tom Whitchurch

Recruitment Consultant

Tom is the newest member of the Dorchester team.

He joined the office as Recruitment Consultant specialising in perm placements and sources perfect candidates for our valued Clients. Tom brings a wealth of hiring and line management experience to the role and is always up for a challenge. He is a big fan of WW1 British Tanks and pyrotechnics – who wouldn’t be!

Daniel offers problem solving solutions to businesses across Dorset, Hampshire, Somerset and Wiltshire, whilst leading 3 of our offices across our 9 office network.

Away from work, Daniel is a keen sportsman who captains Stalbridge Football Club on a Saturday afternoon. Alongside football, Daniel also hacks it around the golf course on a regular basis!

Paulina Puzio

Branch Manager

Paulina spent just over a year as a temporary worker for one of our biggest customers and that puts her in a unique position of knowing our customers’ processes, rules and regulations from a perspective of a temporary worker.

Paulina joined Mploy in October 2014 after spending 4 years in the Polish Military Force. Paulina’s role within the office is to support the Branch Director and lead all activities relating to our Industrial and Technical Division. She has shown great dedication and commitment in supplying staff and liaising with our current clients.

Paulina likes to keep active, having done Tough Mudder in 2016 and enjoys extreme activities.

Kasia Borkowska

Assistant Branch Manager

Prior to joining Mploy in June 2019, Kasia has worked in various roles within production and hospitality sectors. She also has 4 years of experience as a Manager of a Thai Massage & Spa Centre.

Kasia manages one of Mploy’s busiest clients as well as supports Salisbury Office with providing staffing solutions to clients, recruitment of candidates, administration, and payroll. Kasia offers great communication and customer service skills always with a positive, smiling attitude.

In her spare time, Kasia likes being outdoors with her best friend Megi (English Bulldog), watching and reading (horror) stories and playing video games.

Alina Pau

Branch Resourcer

Alina is currently doing her Master’s Degree in Management, Expertise and Audit and prior to this she has obtained her undergraduate degree in Business and Administration. She has developed her customer service skills working as a Receptionist in a prestigious hotel here in UK and also in hospitality. Alina joined Mploy team in September 2020 and she is supporting the team by finding suitable candidates for the roles, carrying out registrations and making sure all the processes are complaint; she loves to have everything organised in regards to her priorities on a daily basis at the office.

Alina speaks fluent English, Romanian (native language), Spanish, basic Italian and French.

She likes to keep positive and smiley no matter what and always happy to take any new challenges. Her positivity is infectious and we love having her in our team.

Sergiu recently joined Mploy as an Administrator/Resourcer. Sergiu comes with an extensive experience in engineering and customer services. He is armed with patience and confidence. As a good listener and a fast learner, Sergiu is eager to help you with finding your dream job.

Sylwia – Joined the Yeovil team as a Branch Administrator in 2017 and since that date she has progressed within the office to the most recent role of the Branch Manager. Maria Lungoci

Maria has arrived in the UK at the end of 2019 and since then she worked in a nursing home where she gained a valuable experience of working with people and learnt a real meaning of compassion.

Maria has joined Mploy at the end of November 2020 and is supporting the industrial team in Yeovil with finding great candidates for our clients. Maria speaks fluent English and Romanian. She is always keen to help and a pleasure to have around. Maria likes spending her free time with her children and her family.

Lucy is the newest member of the Mploy team in Yeovil. She used to work as a temporary worker for us in many places however we saw her potential and gave her a an opportunity to work in our office. In her spare time she does photography for families and weddings. She is also a forklift driver so has worked in many factories. Lucy is not scared to try new things and tries her best at any task given.

Lukasz Wierzbicki

Branch Manager

Lukasz started his career with Mploy in July 2018. He moved from the hospitality sector after 12 years in the industry which gave him fantastic customer service skills and great attention to details.

Lukasz oversees the day to day operations within the office, which include managing some of our largest accounts and handling permanent recruitment for our local clients. Lukasz’s calm demeanour and strong communication skills allow him to handle high-pressure situations with minimal stress.

In his spare time Lukasz likes to keep active, where he enjoys going to the gym and playing basketball.

Elisabeta Oprea

Account Manager

Liz comes from a hospitality background, having worked in bars and restaurants for over 9 years.

Liz specialises in recruiting temporary workers for our industrial division. Overseeing the whole recruitment process from candidate attraction to successful placement, Liz offers our customers a professional package. Originally from Romania, Liz is multilingual giving her the ability to communicate with people from several different countries. Her ‘can do’ attitude has helped her become a favourite with our clients and amongst her peers.

Away from work, Liz loves going to the gym and travelling to warmer climates.

Natalia is an Administrator/Resourcer based in our Andover branch. Having previously worked for Mploy Natalia decided to join the businesses again in April 2021.

Anne Banks

Anne has over 25 years’ experience in Healthcare recruitment, working with various organisations helping them to recruit the right categories of staff for the NHS and private sector. She launched Mploy Healthcare in July 2011 where she successfully gained an NHS framework agreement for placement of Allied Health Professionals across the UK. Anne manages all client relationships with external parties including Social Services and working alongside Care Home managers to provide staff for specific needs of the residents. Anne is married with 2 teenage children and is an avid gin-lover.

Charlotte Warner

Charlotte has recently started her career with Mploy Healthcare as a Recruitment Administrator. Charlotte moved to the Dorset Area from Kent to study Tourism Management at Bournemouth University and graduated in 2018.

Charlotte has 4 years of administrative and sales experience in various sectors, this has allowed her to transfer her skills to the recruitment industry.

Her role involves payroll , resourcing candidates, compliance, client and candidate liaison.

She is a mum to a gorgeous 2 year old girl and loves to travel, is a massive foodie and likes to socialise with friends and family.

Luisa Montes

Healthcare Academy Trainer / Recruiter

Luisa joined Mploy Healthcare in August 2018 and has hit the ground running. She has 5 years’ experience working in Healthcare and 3 years’ experience in Recruitment and Admin. Luisa became a qualified trainer in October 2020, completing a TQUK Level 3 Award in Education and Training (RQF) and Moving and Handling of People Train the Trainer.  Combining her training and care experience she has taken full stride in providing the Care Training through Mploy Healthcare Training Academy. The part she enjoys the most is knowing she has given the learners new information and helping them feel confident in their workplace. When she’s not at work, you can find Luisa salsa dancing her way around Christchurch.

Claudine Jenkins

Claudine has lived in Bournemouth all her life.

She has over 20 years’ experience in health and social care and became a Qualified Trainer in Health and Social care about 10 years ago and loves every minute of it,  she has travelled all over the country delivering training. The part she enjoys the most is seeing the joy and excitement on the learners faces, knowing they have learnt something new and taking it back into looking after vulnerable adults.

Claudine likes to be out walking her dog and socialising with friends. Loves a good cup of tea……

Branch Administrator/Resourcer

Karolina has joined Mploy in October 2020 and has straight away fitted in perfectly with the company’s ethos and culture. She is a committed and hardworking individual, always strives for meeting the highest standards of customer service.

Karolina’s background is in education and administration. In her free time, she studies Human Resources and Strategic Management and Leadership as well as trains Kickboxing and Jujitsu, plays a piano and sings!

Tina arrived in England 3 years ago to spend more time with her daughter who was at the time studying at Southampton University. They both liked living in the UK and decided to stay indefinitely.

Tina has worked in various sectors such as Financial,  Accountancy and Healthcare prior to joining Mploy and has always enjoyed meeting people from various backgrounds and cultures.

Tina says that since starting at Mploy she has discovered a new sector which is very interesting and exciting for her.

In her spare time Tina studies AAT Level 3. She also enjoys travelling and spending time with her family.

Before joining our Southampton branch in September 2022 as a trainee consultant, Hubert has over 9 years of experience in a range of production and logistics roles in various European countries, which gives him an insight of how the work will look from the perspective of a worker.

Hubert speaks Polish, English and communicative Czech. He is a self-confessed  perfectionist, willing to learn new things, has an eye for the detail, critical thinking and friendly attitude.

When not at work, Hubert spends most of the time at home with his cats, watching movies, playing games or reading books.

MPLOY are pleased to introduce their established Horticultural / Agricultural division. The division has been operating successfully for over 15 years offering a specific service to companies that have an annual requirement for seasonal workers, especially companies who have traditionally used the Seasonal Agricultural Workers Scheme (SAWS), through the likes of HOPS and Concordia, to arrange their seasonal staffing.

MPLOY’s Horticultural and Agricultural Division offers a local, flexible, reliable and cost effective service that will meet the needs of local companies whether they need crop pickers, food packers or horticultural workers.

From our office locations in Christchurch, Poole, Dorchester and Salisbury MPLOY have the capacity to supply small to large volumes of temporary agricultural / horticultural workers across the whole of the Dorset, Hampshire, Wiltshire and New Forest regions.

MPLOY are already supplying staff to a wide range of horticultural, agricultural and food processing companies across the region and at peak times they can reach in excess of 500 staff per week. Our current client base includes Double H Nurseries, Dorset Plants, Emerald Supplies, Brockhill Nursery, Keith Spicer Ltd., Express Potatoes, Ford Farms, Thomas J Fudges, Nicholas & Harris, Just Natural, Vitacress, Dorset Cereals and House of Dorchester.

MPLOY – GLA ACCREDITATION

MPLOY were the first Employment business in Dorset to receive accreditation by the GLA (Gangmasters Licensing Authority).

The minimum standards laid down by the GLA form compulsory legislation for all employment agencies in an effort to curb the exploitation of workers in the agriculture, horticulture, shellfish gathering and associated processing and packaging industries.

Since 1st October 2006 it has been illegal for a business to provide labour to the regulated sectors if they do not have a gangmasters licence.

As a result of an intensive independent audit MPLOY passed the stringent criteria laid down by the GLA.   As from 26th July 2005 MPLOY was accredited with this standard thus demonstrating that MPLOY Staffing Solutions is an ethical and fair employer.

The audit focused on numerous areas most importantly:

Confirmation that all non UK workers are employed legally (Correct visas and identity checks)
Confirmation that all workers accrue and are paid holiday pay
Itemised pay slips.
Interviews with foreign national workers, in their mother tongue, to confirm that Mploy are an ethical employer.
All financial due diligence on the payment of Tax, VAT and NI.
The checking of employee contracts and Mploy terms of business.
Adherence to the minimum wage legislation.

Fast becoming an industry standard, many clients are using the GLA as a benchmark for ethical recruiting of temporary and seasonal contract labour.

Today’s Driver has many important roles to fore fill both on and off the road. They are responsible for the vehicle and the safe carriage of its goods. They are also the representative of your Company and they are often the first person to meet your client face to face.
