Responsibilities:
• Setting up the kitchen prior to the dinning area opening
• Cooking a specific portion of each plated meal
• Assisting marinating, cutting, and precooking food
• Preparing ingredients so it is frequently available to the whole kitchen
• Plating food creatively
• Cleaning and sanitizing cooked areas
• Cleaning the kitchen before closing
Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Organisational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to quickly learn new recipes and new cooking procedures
• Time management skills
• Ability to work efficiently and cooperatively in a team environment

Requirements:
• Enhanced DBS certificate
• 1-year relevant experience
