Our client is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Spa Therapist to join their dynamic and welcoming team in Dorchester. We are recruiting for both full-time and part-time opportunities, offering flexibility to suit the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:
– Deliver a range of high-quality beauty and spa treatments to an exceptional standard.
– Specialise in Deep Tissue Massage, tailoring treatments to individual client needs.
– Provide professional Gel Nail applications, maintenance and designs.
– Ensure all treatments are delivered safely, professionally and in line with company standards.
– Maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment for all clients.
– Build strong, positive relationships with guests and encourage repeat visits.
– Provide outstanding customer service throughout the guest journey.
– Recommend suitable treatments and products where appropriate.
– Work effectively as part of a friendly and professional spa team.
Requirements:
– Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification is essential (CIBTAC/CIDESCO accredited).
– Deep Tissue Massage qualification and proven experience required.
– Gel Nails qualification and practical experience essential.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– A friendly, professional and approachable manner.
– Strong customer service skills with a genuine focus on client care.
– Ability to work flexibly across a Tuesday to Sunday working week, including alternating weekends.
– Passion for the beauty and spa industry.
– A professional approach and commitment to maintaining high treatment standards.
