We are seeking a warm & professional Spa Receptionist to join our client’s luxury spa team on a full-time basis, starting at the beginning of August.
As the first point of contact for the guests, you will play an essential role in creating a calm, welcoming and refined experience from the moment they arrive. This position requires exceptional attention to detail, a natural flair for guest service, and the ability to deliver a seamless front-of-house experience in a luxury spa environment.

Position: Spa Receptionist
Hours: 40 hours per week (weekend work included based on Tuesday to Sunday rota)
Salary: £26,437 per annum
Start date: Beginning of August
Key responsibilities include:
– Welcoming guests with warmth, professionalism and discretion.
– Managing spa appointments, reservations and guest enquiries.
– Ensuring the reception area is beautifully presented at all times.
– Handling telephone, email and in-person enquiries to the highest standard.
– Taking payments and supporting retail recommendations where required.
– Liaising closely with therapists and the wider team to ensure a seamless guest journey.
– Maintaining accurate guest records and supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the spa.
The ideal candidate will have:
– Previous experience in a luxury spa, hotel, reception or guest-facing environment.
– Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
– A calm, polished and professional manner.
– Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
– The ability to anticipate guest needs and deliver a discreet, personalised service.
– A positive, flexible and team-focused approach.
