This is a Full-Time role, 40 hrs per week, with Shift Pattern covering Tuesday to Sunday Shifts.
What You’ll Do:
As a Spa Attendant, you’ll be at the heart of our spa operations, ensuring that every space is spotless, welcoming, and ready for our guests. You’ll:
– Greet and orient guests to our changing facilities, thermal suite, and relaxation areas.
– Maintain the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness throughout the spa.
– Replenish amenities and ensure spa areas remain well-stocked and inviting.
– Assist guests with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency throughout their visit.
– Serve food and beverages while ensuring impeccable hygiene standards.
– Promote spa treatments, packages, services, and retail products.
– Handle guest questions and concerns with care and courtesy.
