Mploy Healthcare are looking for Registered Nurses to work DAY SHIFTS in Dorset to join our team!
When working with us, you will tell us the dates you want to work and the locations you are happy to travel too. We then give you shifts for Nursing homes that match the information you have given us.
You will be supporting the homes and their teams to provide excellent care to their residents. We can offer block bookings in the same home or a variety of homes for a new experience. The best thing about it is you save money on travel costs by only travelling to one home per day!
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating residents’ conditions
- Administer medications and treatments
- Monitor and record patients’ vital signs and medical information
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment options, and self-care techniques
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records and documentation
Experience:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license (NMC)
- Knowledge of human anatomy and physiology
- Proficiency in medication administration and dosage calculations
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Prior experience in a clinical setting is preferred

Pay Rates
- £27.42ph Monday to Friday Day Shift
- £28.52ph Saturday Day Shift
- £29.61ph Sunday Day Shift
