About the Role:
Mploy Healthcare is seeking Registered Nurses to join our team for day shifts in Southampton. When you work with us, you have control over your schedule; simply inform us of the dates you’re available and the locations you’re willing to travel to, and we’ll match you with shifts in Nursing homes that meet your preferences. As a Registered Nurse, you’ll provide direct patient care, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating residents’ conditions. Your responsibilities will include administering medications and treatments, monitoring vital signs, collaborating with the interdisciplinary healthcare team, educating patients and their families, and maintaining accurate medical records.
Requirements:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license (NMC)
- Knowledge of human anatomy and physiology
- Proficiency in medication administration and dosage calculations
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Prior experience in a clinical setting is preferred
