Mploy Staffing Solutions are seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our established office in Totton, Hampshire.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate to join our successful and rapidly growing company – you will focus on business development, and the subsequent delivery of temporary recruitment services, and resourcing of candidates to fill permanent vacancies.

What will the role involve?

* Business to Business Development activities (all types of communication methods)

* Building rapport with clients and candidates

* Following up all sales leads

* Resourcing candidates for temporary and permanent placements

* Creating engaging and enticing job adverts to share on various job boards and social media sites

* Checking in workers at client sites

* Liaising with workers

* Administration and data processing work

 

We want to find a driven and dedicated professional, ideally with some recruitment experience, but other similar backgrounds will be considered. Strong sales / business development experience would be an advantage.

Other characteristics we look for are:

* The ability to discover or create needs from potential customer base through effective listening, and questioning techniques

* Effective communication skills, written and spoken

* Calm under pressure, confident and enthusiastic

* Computer literate

* Full driving licence

 

Hours of work are Monday to Friday 08:00 – 17:00 (flexibility required dependent on business needs).
