Mploy Staffing Solutions are currently looking for a dedicated and passionate Recruitment Consultant to join our busy Dorchester office.

Previous recruitment experience would be ideal but is not essential.

We’re looking for ambitious individuals with a ‘hands-on’ attitude, eagerness to learn and take up a challenge.

As a recruitment consultant you’d be involved in various recruitment activities in the office & on our client’s sites – the successful candidate will be flexible and have good rapport building skills.

The role of Recruitment Consultant will involve:

· Resourcing candidates for temporary and permanent placements
· Advertising roles on various job boards and social media sites
· Following up all leads from interviews/market knowledge
· Business to Business Development activities (all types of communication methods)
· Building and maintaining relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs
· Liaising with workers daily & weekly
· Checking in workers at client sites
· Client visits in various locations
· Building rapport with clients and candidates
· New business development
· Account management
· Marketing and advertising our brand
· Administration/data processing work

The basic hours of work as a Recruitment Consultant will be Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm (flexi when required for business needs).

Full UK driving license and having your own transport is required.
