📢 **NOW HIRING – PRODUCTION OPERATIVES**
📍 **Location:** Just 6 miles from Bridport and 10 miles from Dorchester, overlooking the stunning Jurassic Coast.
We are currently recruiting **Production Operatives** to join our client’s team, beautifully located in the heart of the Dorset Downs.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of the production and packing process for **high-quality, handmade products**, created using traditional methods and recipes dating back hundreds of years.
**Role Type:** Temporary ongoing, with the potential for permanent employment for the right candidates.
🚗 **Transport:** Due to the rural location, your own transport is recommended. However, some assistance with transportation may be available.
### ⏰ Working Hours & Pay
* **Day Shift:** 06:45 – 15:45 | **£13.01 per hour**
* **Experienced Day Shift:** **£13.31 per hour**
* **Late Shift:** 15:45 – 23:45 | **£13.99 per hour**
### Key Responsibilities
* Packing and labelling finished products
* Working on production lines across various departments
* Helping to keep production areas clean and tidy
* Following Health & Safety and Food Safety procedures
* Some manual lifting involved
* Full training provided
