Salary: Up to £23000 per annum
Our client is seeking an experienced Planner to work as part of their new product launch team.
You will be responsible for rolling our new initiatives from initial conception to dispatch to national retail outlets.
Your duties will include:
Working within customer budgets and timelines.
Work with customers to meet their needs.
Liaise with sales, production and outside contractors.
Ordering promotional materials (banners, stands, free gifts etc).
Exporting data from SAP to Excel.
Flag up risks and identify solutions.
Perform stock readiness checks.
Perform forecast consistency checks.
Perform master data readiness checks and co-ordinate resolutions.
Lead intervention and mitigation multifunction teams to deliver KPI’s (Fill Rate/ Sales target).
Assume ownership of full SAP process in relation to material ordering, BOM creation, tech spec creation, production schedule co-ordination and reduce wastage on marketing materials.
You will need:
Previous experience in a planning / project management role within a fast-paced environment.
Extensive Excel skills.
SAP experience desirable.
Ability to work independently.
Able to follow processes and identify how to resolve issues.
Ability to analyse large amounts of data.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Based in Bournemouth, working Monday to Friday 8.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. with salary of 23,000 and benefits package including 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, pension scheme, life assurance and free parking.
