My client is seeking a competent Office Manger to be responsible for the efficient running of their small but rapidly expanding business. This is an all encompassing role where you will be responsible for all aspects of running the office. Duties will include dealing with electronic mail, post, utilities, ordering stationery and consumables. You will also be responsible for all facilities including building maintenance and key holding, health and safety, first aid and all monitoring of staff absence and holiday rotas.

You will organise and run various events including client training sessions, seminars, company celebrations etc. You will also be a first point of contact for customers calling in for assistance so a first class telephone manner is essential. In addition any experience with social media would be advantageous to boost the company’s on-line presence.

This is a full time role but reduced hours may be considered. You will need to be a super team player but also have the ability to work unsupervised and to be self motivated. Ideally you should also possess your own transport and a full drivers licence.
