Our client, an international boat building company, is seeking an experienced Administrator to support their internal recruitment.
Your duties will include:
To act as the first point of contact for all internal recruitment activity.
Advising managers of the internal recruitment process.
Receiving recruitment requests and ensuring they are compliant.
Posting internal adverts.
Processing applications, communicating to candidates/employees by letter, phone and email.
Daily use of an online Applicant Tracking System to manage applications.
Monitoring CVs submitted by recruitment agencies to ensure duplication of introductions is mitigated.
Arranging interviews for candidates including; sending interview confirmations, booking rooms and coordinating recruiting line managers.
Managing the offer and rejection communications to candidates.
Managing employee candidate referral applications and subsequent outcomes (payment or rejection).
Contributing to the resourcing of applications for all vacancies through recruitment advertising initiatives (posting on digital job boards, attending careers fairs etc).
You will need:
Previous experience of working in fast paced office environments, ideally manufacturing.
Strong admin and communication skills.
IT literate including good capability with MS Word and Excel.
Based in Poole working Monday to Friday 8.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m., with salary DoE, free parking plus 4% non contributory pension, 22 days holiday plus bank holidays, sick pay, life cover, canteen facilities and after 4 years an extra 3 days holiday, private medical insurance and Denplan.
