Salary: £23,000 – £24,000 per annum DOE + bonus
You will be required to have a full clean UK driving license.

We are currently looking for a dedicated and passionate Hospitality Recruitment Consultant to join our busy and successful desk in Poole. If you possess a sales background and have a passionate attitude towards new business, as well as offering very best customer service to your candidates, then this would be the role for you.
The successful candidate will have good rapport building skills, as we pride ourselves on building long standing and successful relationships with our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Registering candidates
- Collating candidate’s hours on a weekly basis, to be processed
- Building rapports with clients and candidates
- Pro-actively looking for new business
- Resourcing candidates
- Advertising roles on various job boards and social media sites
- Following up all leads from interviews/market knowledge
- Reference calls / spec calls to clients
- Liaising with candidates and providing an excellent recruitment service
- Marketing and advertising our brand
