Mploy Andover are keen to recruit for a Head Chef/ Kitchen Manager to join a privately owned, charming pub based in Andover.
This position will be excellent for a Sous Chef who is looking for a step up in their career. You will be based in a busy kitchen, preparing an array of different traditional pub based meals.
Key tasks and Skills:
- Run the kitchen
- Creative (Menu amendments)
- Driven, motivated and consistent
- Strong professional food background
- Ability to control stock
- Able to work split shifts
The working hours will be: Tuesday – Saturday (40 hours per week approx.)
