Our client is seeking a Customer Services Operator to work as part of their Support team in this FTC role to start asap until the end of April. It may also be extended or go permanent.
Your duties would include:
Responding to all incoming calls from customers needing assistance.
Provision of high level of customer support to obtain all necessary information.
Input full details of customers calls and requirements onto computer system.
Work with the Planner to schedule engineers to meet customers’ needs.
Update all activities on system in relation to progress of calls.
Respond to any emailed requests for assistance.
You will need:
Excellent customer service experience.
Previous phone based work experience.
Call handling experience within a contact centre environment desirable.
Computer skills including MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
Ability to communicate with people at all levels.
Compassion and patience.
Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
Based in New Milton in excellent working environment with hours of work Monday to Friday either 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. or 8.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. with an hour for lunch with pay rate of £9.00 per hour plus free parking available.
