Salary: £17550 - £17551 per annum

If so, you might be interested in our Sales Agent role based within our Sales team. You will be working from home with the occasional office visits. This would suit someone living in Dorset, Hampshire or Wiltshire.
Provide front line assistance for customers via telephone, email, live chat and post in a friendly, professional and efficient manner.
Assist with all queries received by accurately displaying a high level of functional and technical expertise in line with the company processes and procedures.
Ensure you are up to date with the appropriate and relevant FCA regulation training.
Promote positive customer perceptions by continuously developing relationships to ensure continuity of service.
Achieve set performance objectives to maintain a high level of quality and efficiency to contribute achieving the overall department service level targets.
Support colleagues by sharing information and expertise when required.
Maintain an appropriate level of knowledge regarding products, procedures, service, system and frameworks.
Due to COVID restrictions you will be working from home when the offices reopen there is the option to work from home on an on-going basis.
Working hours 37.5 per week working Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm some weekend work on a rota basis.
Starting salary of 17550.00 PA Plus excellent benefits package.
