Customer Service Agent
Do you have a passion for events? Do you want to work for a company dedicated to ensuring their customers have a positive experience? Previous experience within a customer support role? Then we may have just the role for you.
Our client a leading event organiser covering the whole of the UK is seeking a Customer Service Agent to join their small ticketing team in supporting attendees of events as well as exhibitors with any queries they may have.
You will be responsible for:
- Answering all queries either over the telephone or via email
- Handling complaints where required and escalating if needed
- Managing a busy workload
- Liaising with internal departments
This role would suit someone with previous customer service experience within a busy environment, events experience would be desirable but not essential.
You will have strong excel knowledge and there is a fantastic opportunity to develop within the company to support the manager.
Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm with an early finish on a Friday, free parking and the chance to work with a fun, friendly team.
