Role: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Bournemouth
Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30-17:00 (1hr lunch break), 1 in 6 Saturday’s 9 am – 12 pm
Salary £25,000 per annum
Probation 3 – 6 month

There is a new opportunity to join our successful client in Bournemouth as a Customer Service Advisor on a temporary to permanent basis. Starting salary is £25,000 p/a, this will increase to £26,250 p/a after successfully passing probation.

Duties:

• Responsible for answering all incoming calls and dealing with queries raised.
• Responsible for listening to client queries and understanding the client’s needs and provide support and advice to the queries that the clients raise.
• Contact suppliers to provide effective correspondence on behalf of the client.
• Sort through emails
• Responsible for the maintenance of client records
• Responsible for looking for ‘emergency suppliers’ where necessary and check their documentation to ensure compliance.
• Assist with any projects that are set by the management team.
