Salary: Up to £10.09 per hour
Due to an increase in workload our client, a national charity, is looking to recruit an experienced Customer Service Adviser.
This is initially to run to the end of April but could be extended.
You will be receiving and making calls from existing members of the charity.
You will processing their requests and undertaking some cross selling.
Processing all related admin and computer records.
You will need:
Previous experience of working in a call centre environment.
Experience of working to targets and deadlines.
Previous sales experience.
Excellent keyboard and admin skills.
Based in Poole, working Monday to Friday between 8.30 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. (37 hour week) with pay rate of 10.09 per hour.
