We’re looking for Blending Department Production Operatives for a client based in a picturesque location between Bridport and Dorchester.
You’d be working in a Blending Department undertaking the tasks in the production areas including:
- blending ingredients
- sealing product
- checking for any quality issues
- taking samples
- monitoring and recording results as required
As a production operative you’d also be responsible for operating machinery such as bowl choppers, extruders and cutting equipment – all in line with company policies and procedures, including Health and Safety, Food Safety, Authenticity, Legality and Quality Standards.
Ideal candidate would have experience of working in food manufacturing, however, if you don’t have relevant experience but possess Food Hygiene Level 2 Certificate and/or wouldn’t mind working in a role that can be physically demanding then we would like to hear from you too!

Working hours (7:00 – 16:00, 6:30 – 16:00 during busy season)
