We are currently looking for a full-time permanent Assistant Production Manager for our prestigious client.
You should have experience in FMCG and be able to efficiently coordinate the factory’s Production and Packing teams to achieve the company’s production targets.
This is an exciting role for someone looking to pursue a Management career. Do you have the passion to succeed in a demanding role and have the following:
Essential Skills
· The ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
· Methodical and logical with attention to detail
· The ability to lead a team with enthusiasm and determination to succeed, with an attitude for continuous improvement
· Computer literacy in both Company systems and a Microsoft Office environment
· The ability to handle and keep information relating to business confidentially.
· Excellent organisational and administrative skills with the ability to multi-task and remain calm in a pressurised environment.
· Quick to learn and proactive.
