Due to company growth our client, a fast-growing manufacturing company based in Lymington, is seeking an Administrator to work as part of their distribution team, assisting with the day-to-day running of the warehouse and delivery operations.

Your duties will include:
Purchase order confirmations – check and update systems.
Entry of goods received into PO system.
Raising of delivery notes.
Checking picking notes.
Generation of itemised product labels.
Communicating with clients prior to delivery.
Communicating with clients following completion of delivery.
Returns – assist with arrangements and paperwork.
Assist in scheduling day to day deliveries.
Assisting with the maintaining of Inventory and Activity logs.

You will possess:
Previous experience in a similar role.
Sound knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Excellent telephone manner.
Strong organisational skills.
Flexibility to change between Administrative and Practical work.
Eye for detail and accuracy.
Ability to prioritise work and organise own workload.

Working Monday to Friday 7.30 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. plus salary of 18,200 to 20,000, 20 days holiday plus bank holidays and free parking.
