Mploy Office People are recruiting for our ever expanding Bournemouth office and require like-minded people to join our successful team.
This role will involve the management and coordination of existing accounts and ensuring they are serviced to the required standard. Strong administrative skills are essential as you will be working with spreadsheets and dealing with queries from temporary workers around timesheets, holiday and payroll.
Daily duties will include:
- Sourcing and matching CVs to jobs
- Registering candidates
- Client management
- Coordination of assessment days
- Arranging interviews
- Advertising jobs
- Working closely with other consultants and resourcing team
- Marketing and advertising our brand
- Attending job fairs
- Payroll duties
