MPLOY is looking to source a fulltime & permanent Warehouse Operative for a valued client in Dorchester, Dorset.

  • has previous warehousing/logistics experience, ideally with a valid Counterbalance Forklift (FLT) License/Certificate accredited by RTITB/ITSSAR etc.
  • wants to work in a highly successful & unique production facility/warehouse. Our client has a number of major UK accounts you’ll be supporting and you can expect to be booking goods in, putting stock away, regularly checking stock levels and picking/distributing orders against Work & Sales Orders. A lot of your work will include picking recently manufactured stock and palletising/wrapping it ready for distribution.
  • is a dynamic person that relishes diverse and interesting work. You’ll be a natural multitasker who can re-prioritise at short notice and you’ll be willing to be flexible. At times you might be required to support our client’s production efforts.
  • is physically fit.
  • is a fast learner. You can expect a 2 to 3 week induction with full training provided.
  • is system savvy and IT literate. You’ll be comfortable with the Microsoft Office package and our client is more than happy to teach other software systems such as Sage and courier booking portals.
  • has high levels of initiative. You’ll be as comfortable working alone and part of a small/close knit team.
  • is an excellent communicator and is customer focused.
  • has an eye for detail, is a problem solver and is highly organised.
