Temporary Communications Agent – Immediate Start
Our client is looking for a temporary Communications Agent to support their busy Communications Department. The team is currently dealing with high call volumes and need someone to help with the written communication to customers in order to ease their workload and ensure the Advisors can deliver the best service over the phone.
Your role will be to acknowledge and answer emails and text messages in a professional and helpful manner. You may be exposed to some sensitive and important data within the financial industry, so it is imperative that you remain professional and trustworthy at all times.
The assignment will be running for a minimum of 8 weeks but could be extended due to business needs. It is key that you do not have any holiday booked during this period and that you are able to commit to the 8 week period at least.
A background in administration, customer service or data entry is preferred as the role involves a lot of written communication.
Working Hours – Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
Salary – 9.19ph
