Our Ringwood based client are looking for an organised, self-motivated individual to join their Customer Service team.
The role will consist of a variety of duties and will require someone who is adaptable and who embraces change for the good of the business.
To monitor customers web-site for incoming jobs and jobs to be accepted within customer agreed time-scales
Process and load into internal CMS the customer jobs
Process and load into internal CMS out of hour calls
To regularly monitor open jobs on both internal CMS and customers web-site and allocate labour to maximize efficiency
Contact & communicate job allocations to engineers and make adjustments when necessary
Ensure customer queries are handled and systems updated accordingly
To ensure maintenance visits are logged and assigned
Schedule engineer for fitting parts (when advised by procurement department)
Check customer reports are ran as required daily / weekly etc.,
Make sure completed jobs are closed on both internal CMS and customers web-site
To work as part of a team to ensure both the departments and customer expectations are continually met
