Service Administrator (Temporary)
Working Hours: 38.5 hours per week

This is an administration focused role where attention to detail and time management are key requirements. You will be responding to and following up on written correspondence as well as contacting customers to alert them to any discrepancies with their account, or to update personal details. You will be liaising with both internal and external parties to ensure customer accounts are up to date and processing changes based on internal data reports.
Part of the role will be to offer additional support to the customer service team and assist them with any ad-hoc admin tasks where necessary. This is likely to consist of the finalising of any agreements made between the customer and the service team, confirmation of usage amendments as well as responding to any other general enquiries.
This is a varied role so it is important you are adaptable to change and can prioritise workloads depending on business requirements. This will be a home working role until such time the business returns to the offices. You’ll be working with a welcoming and supportive team and progression opportunities will be available for the right person.
