My client is a prestigious boarding school set within stunning grounds in Dorchester. They are searching for a Chef to assist the team of 5 chefs in preparing and cooking daily breakfast, lunch and dinner for around 120 pupils in one of their boarding houses, and occasionally cook for different hospitality events, including weddings conferences etc.
The food is prepared daily using fresh ingredients, and you will be encouraged to contribute to the menu and come up with well-balanced and nutritious meals.
What we are looking for Chef De Partie with:
- passion for producing delicious heathy food
- great attention to detail
- ability to stay calm during busy times
- enthusiastic, quick thinking with a can-do attitude
- a good command of English
- enhanced DBS check
What we offer:
- Great hourly pay

It is a temporary position starting on 23rd of April 2019, which may lead to the permanent position for the right candidate. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 7am to 2pm with some occasional weekends. Great rates of pay from 10 to 12 per hour, depending on experience and feedback from head chef after completing trail shift.
