Due to company growth our client is seeking an experienced Sales Office Administrator to join their existing team.

Your duties will include:
Processing of customer orders and requests.
Checking orders to ensure all aspects are correct, including price, profitability and delivery dates.
Loading orders on the in-house system and acknowledging receipt.
Implementing minimum order quantities/values as required and as advised.
Monitor customer orders and seek new orders from customers when necessary.
Dealing directly with customers, distributors and representatives over the telephone and via email, responding to enquiries and requests.
Liaising with production to ensure requested lead times are reviewed and achieved where possible, keeping customers updated.
Supporting the external sales teams as required through generation of customer quotations and provision of sales and customer data.
Answering external telephone calls coming into the department.
Maintaining filing systems.
Ensuring compliance with H&S and Quality management systems.
You will need:
Previous experience within a busy sales office environment.
Excellent communication and administration skills.
Computer skills including MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
The ability to work well as part of a team.
Working on the Bournemouth Airport Business Park with salary £DoE plus flexi time, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, benefits package and free parking available.
