Mploy is looking on behalf of our well-established client in Wareham for a sales and Marketing Administrator.
What you will be doing:
- Responsible for answering all phone calls and liaising with customers
- Maintain a strong knowledge of all caravans produced by the company
- Keep all work areas neat and tidy, general admin duties
- Organise the collection of all sold caravans by liaising with both customers and transporters.
- Reply to all enquiries and send out brochures and price list as required.
- Keep weekly sales information, statistics and analysis up to date
- Assist in producing and sending out brochures and sales quotations for customers
- Assist Area sales manager and produce weekly analysis of visits made by him, including reports of outstanding customer complaints
- Ensure the demo caravan located on the website is updated weekly with input from the ASMs
- Maintain the Company’s social media presence
- Assist in the production of the company’s sales brochures
- Send out regular emails and letters to customers updating them on our latest products and promotions as necessary
- Provide assistance at the Beaulieu caravan show where the company are exhibiting
- Assist with the photography of new models
- Assist the Managing Director in organising company’s attendance at caravan shows
- Assist the Managing Director with marketing activities, including producing marketing material
- Assist with the management of the Managing Directors diary.
Working hours: Monday-Thursday 08:00-16:45, Friday 08:00-14:30
