Who will you be working with?

In Dibden this nursing home provides also end of life and respite care. They pride themselves on ensuring each of the residents lives their life exactly how they wish to live it and provide the necessary support needed.

The Role

  • Responsible for the health and well being of residents
  • Lead the healthcare team
  • Providing individualised nursing care
  • Updating person centred care plans
  • Administrating medication

  • You have expertise working in Nursing with the elderly
  • Can be a flexible worker
  • Have used a variety of medication systems, such as EMar or blister packs.
  • Enjoy working in a variety of Nursing Homes
  • Have access to your own vehicle, public transport or are local to Dibden.
