Our Client is looking for a qualified Registered Nurse/Registered Mental Health Nurse to be responsible for the daily management of the business. You will be responsible for the recruitment, training and development of the staff Care Team. You will also be required to provide hands on care whilst you recruit and train new staff. The end goal is that within 6 months of working the role, with the support of the Managing Director, you will be a qualified Registered Manager. Liaising with Staff, Families, Clients and creating new business to provide a high level of care ensuring all those involved feel valued.
- Former or current nursing qualification is required
- Must have a full, clean drivers licence and own care for use at work.
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience of finical management
- Skills in assessment and Care Planning
- Ability to display Empathy and Warmth
