We are looking for dedicated and passionate person who would like to join our busy and successful Poole Office Team.
Previous recruitment experience would be ideal but is not essential as long as you will present strong customer service or sales background, proven ability to manage you time effectively and efficiently and be able to priorities your daily tasks.
As a successful candidate you will need to offer the very best customer service to our candidates and clients. In addition to the main purpose of the role you will be required to work towards daily/weekly and monthly targets and also be responsible for your own pipeline. It would required you to have very good rapport building skills as we pride ourselves on creating and managing long standing and successful relationships with our clients.
Daily duties will include:
- Registering candidates
- Payroll and admin duties
- Sourcing and matching CV’s to jobs (both temporary and permanent)
- Account management
- Advertising jobs
- Working closely with other consultants and resourcing team
- Lead generation and follow ups
- Marketing and advertising our brand
- Attending client meetings
- New Business Development
As a successful consultant you will have to be flexible on working hours when needed and be very determinate to achieve team and personal goals. If you will be hungry to succeed, you will get back in return more than you expect. Contracted working hours will be 7.30am-5.30pm, Monday to Friday only.
