Receptionist/Office Manager

Our client is a reputable company in Poole who have been trading since the 80’s and pride themselves on delivering the very best product and service.

They are looking for a Receptionist/Office Manager to be the face of their Poole office and be the first point of call for all. This is a varied role and is integral to the smooth and successful running of their very busy office.

Duties will include:

  • Front of house
  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Answering the phones and putting customers through to relevant departments
  • Offer support to the sales team and assisting with quotations and invoicing
  • Ensuring the front office and back office are kept tidy to a high standard
  • Updating of internal CRM systems
  • Diary management
  • Booking meeting rooms and travel arrangements for staff
  • General administration tasks
