Salary: £19000 - £21000 per annum
Our client is a reputable company in Poole who have been trading since the 80’s and pride themselves on delivering the very best product and service.
They are looking for a Receptionist/Office Manager to be the face of their Poole office and be the first point of call for all. This is a varied role and is integral to the smooth and successful running of their very busy office.
Duties will include:
- Front of house
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Answering the phones and putting customers through to relevant departments
- Offer support to the sales team and assisting with quotations and invoicing
- Ensuring the front office and back office are kept tidy to a high standard
- Updating of internal CRM systems
- Diary management
- Booking meeting rooms and travel arrangements for staff
- General administration tasks
