Job Title: Production/Assembly Worker
Location: Ringwood
Hours: Monday to Friday – 08:00 am till 17:00 pm (1 hour lunch break)
Salary: £26k – £27k per annum – Dependent on Experience

Our client based in Ringwood has an immediate requirement for an experience Production Assembler to join their team on a permanent basis.

The main purpose of the role is to support the production team to achieve production requirements in terms of quality and quantity to meet customer expectations and requirements.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Work from technical instructions to understand specifications and parts lists; gather necessary parts, subassemblies, tools and materials.
• Assemble goods and build up components into finished products or sub-assemblies.
• Assemble components by examining connections for correct fit.
• Finish products such as applying protective coatings, bonding or packaging and labelling.
• Weigh and label products if required.
• Pack goods with protective materials ready for shipment.
• Carry out cleaning and basic maintenance of work areas if required.

Applicants must have recent relevant experience, will need to be achievement focused and be willing to make a positive contribution to the business. You will be a self-motivated team player who is adaptable and willing to support in other areas of the business if requested.

There is an immediate start available for the right candidate, this position is offered on a full-time and permanent basis with a starting salary of £26-£27k per annum dependent on skills and experience.
