Our client is seeking a Process Engineer to join their growing company.
As part of a small team you will be responsible for:
Carrying out a wide range of projects to provide improvements in cost, production, safety, quality, service and working practices.
Supporting departments from production to customer services, from distribution to finance.
You will identify and own all cost reduction, simplification, new business and new system projects in your area.
Taking projects from initial research to production of plans and costings.
Presentation of business plans to senior leadership teams.
Working with managers and teams to roll out improvements.
Leading a team to instigate new processes and working practices.
Ensuring working to budgets and targets.
You will need:
Degree qualified in an Engineering or closely related subject.
The desire to make a difference and progress within a company.
Proven track record in successful process improvement projects.
Ability to carry out and manage multiple projects at any one time.
Strong data gathering and analysis skills.
Based in Bournemouth, working 37.50 hours Monday to Friday with competitive salary and benefits package including 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, pension scheme, life assurance and free parking.
