Salary: Up to £20000 per annum
We at Mploy are recruiting for a fellow recruitment company with a twist. Our client provides contract staff to the marine industry, many of whom are based in Poland. We therefore need an Administrator who speaks both Polish and English fluently. Duties will include booking hotel and B & B accommodation for contractors, inputting contractor hours to a spreadsheet, receiving and logging of materials invoices, scanning and filing documents, being responsible for petty cash and credit card payments and generally answering any queries that the contractors may have.
It is important to note that this role can swing from being manically busy to very quiet. The person we seek therefore must be able to spring from one to the other with ease. Additionally the company are keen to update their quality and health and safety systems so any experience in this arena would be advantageous and will also keep you busy in the quiet times. You should also be familiar with Excel and be kind of person who is keen to look for improvements to the current systems and not be afraid to make improvement suggestions.
You will need a car as the site is not accessible on public transport. The hours are 8am – 4pm Mon- Friday. The position can be temporary to permanent or immediately a permanent role depending on circumstances. More importantly is the need for a quick start as the current Administrator is leaving at the end of March and a handover is desirable.
