Mortgage Case Administrator (Remote Working)
Working Hours: 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday
Hourly Rate: 9.30

They are looking for Case Owner’s to join their successful and busy team and require someone with a confident and friendly telephone manner who also possesses great attention to detail.
You will be working from mortgage case assessments, chasing outstanding documentation and verifying documents. These will be quality checked and there will be liaison with internal departments/colleagues where necessary.
Training will be provided in the Bournemouth offices for up to 6 weeks before being set up to work remotely from home. All tools and equipment will be provided, however it is imperative that you have a quiet working area as well as fast and reliable WiFi.
The ideal candidate will come from a strong customer service or administration background and be comfortable talking to people either over the phone or face-to-face.
Normal working hours will be 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday no weekends.
