We are currently recruiting for a Machine Operator to join a busy factory on the PM shift. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in the food industry who is looking to develop their skills and grow within the team.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
•Operating bakery machinery safely and efficiently.
•Monitoring production processes.
•Managing and supporting a small team.
•Maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and product quality.
🎓 Training & Development:
Full training will be provided. After 12 weeks of service, and depending on training progress, there is an opportunity to move into a permanent contract .
✔️ Ideal Candidate:
•Experience working in the food industry.
•Ability to operate machinery (training provided).
•Confident in supervising or supporting a small team.
•Reliable, motivated, and eager to learn.
