Mploy Staffing Solutions are working in partnership with our prestigious client Sunseeker International, a global manufacturer of luxury motor yachts based on the beautiful south coast of England. Ranging from 48 to 155 feet, all Sunseeker craft are built to an exacting standard of quality and refinement, which has elevated Sunseeker to be the leading designer and manufacturer of luxury motor yachts across the globe.

Mploy are currently recruiting for the following position:
Ongoing temporary assignments available immediately. The positions will offer paid training followed by onsite on the job training for approximately 3-6 months.
This is a great opportunity for candidates to learn a new trade and join a successful global company. The positions have the potential to turn into permanent jobs for the right candidates.
Candidates must have a good attitude, have a desire and be eager to learn and be committed to a long term assignment.
Applicants will have experience in the construction/manufacturing industries.
The pay rate structure for the position is as follows:
First 3 months – 8.71 per hour / pay rate
After the completion of 3 months your pay rate will increase to 9.69 p/h
There will be further opportunities for pay increases with experience gained and specific certification of a Level 2 NVQ.
The hours of work will be:
7am – 3:15pm
Please note that successful candidates must commit to the first 4 weeks of training without any holiday.
overtime worked is paid 50% premium. Double time will be paid for Sundays (Please note that to receive double time pay on Sunday 44 hours must have been worked between Monday and Saturday) and bank holidays (provided standard hours have been worked).
