First class Customer Service is imperative within any business and our client is no different. A global business where their clients are at the centre of their operation.
They are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join their small team on a 14-month FTC. You will be joining a confident, energetic and professional team with the following duties –
- Answering all telephone and email queries
- Ensure all orders are processed accurately
- Communicate with internal teams for updates to orders
- Administration for orders
- Run internal reports
This role would suit someone with office-based customer service experience and someone comfortable with communicating over the telephone and working within a fast paced and ever-changing environment.
In return you will receive a competitive salary, working hours from 8:45am to 5pm – Monday to Friday, free parking.
