You’ll be working in a fun and busy call centre environment where you will provide first class technical advice and customer service to new and existing customers.
You will be responsible for
- Answering telephone and email queries, meeting daily personal and team performance targets.
- Respond to customer calls and emails in a timely manner
- Investigate customer queries, problems with accurate replies and escalating where necessary.
- Continually improve technical knowledge of new products and updates.
- Identify recurring issues and report to team manager or Second Level Technical Support.
Based in Totton, free on site parking, subsidised canteen among other benefits.
Working hours Monday to Friday 8.30 -5.30
