Salary: Up to £21800 per annum
We are now looking to recruit a Customer Services Advisor.
There is currently an opportunity for an individual to join the commercial team on a full time basis, Monday to Friday 08.30am – 17.00pm.
Purpose of Job
To actively liaise with the Customers, ensuring that the orders, queries and complaints are processed effectively and both the customer and company needs are met. To provide information and reports, as required.
Your duties will include:
- proactively controlling the telephone system
- answering the telephone in a polite manner
- updating the systems with data
- inputting and managing price changes
- organising sample requests with feedback and follow up
- dealing with any service level issues
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Computer Literate
- At least two years’ experience in a customer services role
- Salary up to 21.848
