Salary: 42-44K per annum, plus up to 40% bonus.

Contract Type: Full Time (40 hours p/w), flexibility required for weekend working (at least one weekend per month), occasional night visits and rostered ‘on call’ duties.

Mploy Healthcare are recruiting for a prestigious care group for one of their homes in the popular village of West Moors, close to the town centres of Ferndown and Ringwood. Our client provides excellent Nursing and Residential care for elderly residents with serious illness and Dementia. The care team endeavour to provide the highest of care to all residents 24/7.

Our Client is look for a responsive and flexible Clinical Lead who is a qualified Nurse, RGN to join their team. As a Clinical Lead you will be under the direction of the Home Manger, working closely together in an effective collaboration to deliver an outstanding service for the residents. Working alongside the current nursing team, you will take responsibility for the clinical management of the care home to deliver an outstanding nursing service to their residents.

As well as ‘hands on’ resident care, the role is diverse and includes liaison with families, outside agencies and professionals; keeping accurate records and care plan audits and providing guidance, training, appraisals and mentor-ship to the nursing and care teams. You will be knowledgeable about the legislative requirements of the sector and in the absence of the Home Manager you will take the lead in the day to day running of the home.
