Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm (37.5 hrs/week) + 1 Saturday per month (weekday off in lieu)

We’re seeking a proactive and detail-focused Business Support Assistant to join a small, friendly office team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys varied administrative work, thrives in a structured environment, and communicates confidently across different departments and customer groups.

About the Role:

You will work closely with the New Business Manager and the wider office team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. A major part of the role will involve coordinating the onboarding of new clients and services, managing documentation, gathering essential information, and ensuring all records and online content are accurate, compliant, and up to date.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Communication
•Handle incoming enquiries via phone and email in a professional, friendly manner
•Support customers, colleagues, and external contacts with clear and efficient communication
•Represent the organisation positively at all times
Data & Lead Management
•Process service requests and maintain accurate records
•Log potential new business leads and pass them to the New Business Manager
•Update internal systems to ensure all information remains current
Onboarding Coordination
•Manage the full onboarding process for new clients, services, or accounts
•Collect, organise, and file documentation, agreements, and required forms
•Produce accurate content for internal systems and online platforms
•Organise digital assets and supporting materials
•Keep relevant stakeholders informed on progress
•Prepare guides, folders, and information packs
•Schedule any required visits, meetings, or content needs
Quality Assurance
•Review new system entries and content for accuracy
•Conduct periodic checks to ensure existing information remains relevant and complete
•Make updates when necessary to maintain consistency and compliance
Team Support
•Provide general administrative and operational support across the office
•Work one Saturday per month to help maintain service coverage
•Attend off-site visits when required (company vehicle provided)
•Take part in meetings, training sessions, and occasional trade events
•Assist with wider business tasks and ad hoc duties as required

•A driver, able to travel to off-site locations when required (company vehicle provided)
