Who we are seeking We are now recruiting skilled Bench Joiner to join the Sunseeker family, supporting our Upholstery Department, and help play a vital role in the manufacturing of our world-renowned product range. As a Sunseeker Bench Joiner, your work will be admired across countless countries. This role is tailored to those who have bench joinery/carpentry skills already. The most suitable candidates for this role ideally will have a background from marine, automotive or/and furniture making industry. You’ll be based at Sunseeker Technology Centre at Tower Park in Poole, Dorset. You’ll have the opportunity to work at our largest sites within our award-winning workforce, truly becoming a part of the Sunseeker family Example responsibilities include As a Sunseeker Bench Joiner, you will work across the vast majority of our boat lines on our extensive product range, helping to build some of the finest yacht furniture in the world, assembling this furniture from CNC kits to very high standards, working with plywood, high value lacquered veneers and solid wood products, using biscuit joinery techniques and tools. You’ll be working as a team, helping to ensure production targets are met and our products are completed to the best quality.   Our ideal candidate

  • Is easily able to read and understand scaled drawings (1:10s)
  • Is able to proficiently use jigsaws, routers, chop saws and DA sanders
  • Drives to achieve a high standard of work when given tight tolerances and high value products
  • Seeks to pursue perfection, with a coachable and team mind-set 

Our working patterns

  • Day Shift | Monday-Friday, 07:00-15:30 | Overtime (x1.5) widely available
  • Weekend overtime is widely available
