Banking Support Advisor
Working Hours: Shift Patterns between 8am-8pm (incl some weekends)
Hourly Rate: 9.50
Start Date: January 2021
Within this role you will be assisting customers with their personal banking enquiries. This could be related to current accounts, loans, mortgages, credit cards and assistance with online banking such as password resets and troubleshooting. You must have a good telephone manner, the ability to work under pressure, objection handling skills and computer proficiency. This is a small team so you would also need to be a good team player and possess the ability to perform individually.

You will be working for one of the most reputable companies in the UK, so it is imperative that you demonstrate the company’s core values and share their passion for offering the best possible customer experience. Training will be in the offices and there may be the option to work from home in the near future. The office is in a central location with access to nearby train station and bus stops.
This will be an ongoing temporary contract with a view to going permanent.
