Our client, a national charity, is seeking an experienced Administrator to work as part of their business support team in this contract role to run to the end of 2018.

Your duties will include:
To assist with the organisation of meetings, conferences and presentations.
Preparing agendas and taking action points of meetings.
Collate and produce data for reports.
To raise purchase orders, order stationary, clothing and resources.
To resolve or escalate general enquiries.
To research and book accommodation and travel requirements.
To update inhouse database and relevant systems.
To draft standard letters.
You will need:
Previous admin experience within a fast paced office environment.
Computer skills including Word and Excel.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work to deadlines and under your own initiative.
Fast and accurate typing/data entry skills.
Good team player.
Based in Poole, working Monday to Friday 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. (37 hours) with pay rate of 10.09 per hour.
